Gear Oil & Transmission Filter Cartridge

Our range of high viscosity oil filter cartridges are specially designed to provide filtration on high grade oils such as gear and transmission oils. When filtering oils above 120 grade back pressure can build up well a filtration system attempts to force the oil through the filter, this will often result in the system tripping out and being unable to provide the required filtration. Our range of High viscosity oil filter cartridges are manufactured in a way the prevents the back pressure build up ultimately allowing filtration of the high grade oils to be carried out, these filters are capable of various grades of oils up to 460 viscosity.

These oil filters remove both particulate contamination as well a water from oils. The oil filter cartridges filter fineness of 1μm nom, 3μm absolute. Temperature operating range 0-135°C, +/- 5°C. The stated volumes of oil are only relative to installation of single filter housing.
