Eight Pot Oil Filtration Unit
The FA-ST Eight Unit Filtration Systems are the perfect free-standing, offline, fluid cleaning rig that can supply filtration on 10,000 litre and above tanks which can also double up as a fluid transfer unit as well. They are the largest filtration unit we supply, coming built on very large yet sturdy trolleys with lockable wheels allowing for easy transportation around site, the large bunds that are fitted to the trolley come supplied with safety flow switches to help prevent those pesky spills. All of these units come fitted with the Haight U Gear Pump allowing these rigs to provide filtration on a wide range of Oils up to 120 Grade, Diesel Fuel and Coolants. The filter rig comes fitted with the Kleenoil 9788/KU85 filter housings giving the MS8 great flexibility when it comes to the range of fluids which can be filtered.
With the design of the MS8 filter unit you are able to fit additional filtration products such as the MicroMag Magnetic Filter and the Bag Filter Housings.
The Magnetic Filters are extremely ideal for removing ferrous debris and rust from systems while also increasing the lifespan of your filter cartridges. We recommend fitting a MicroMag to your unit if you are planning on conducting filtration on Diesel that has been sat for a long period of time in old storage tanks or those filtering Cooling Systems.
The Bag Filter Housings are to be fitted if your aim is to provide additional filtration while also increasing the lifespan of your filter cartridge then adding a bag filter to your unit is vital. These filters are able to remove those larger particulates which may easily blind a finer filter vastly reducing its life expectancy.
