Four Housing Marine Filtration System

Our four unit marine filtration systems are a flexible filtration system able to be fitted with various additions to allow you to ensure you reach the required filtration levels. As standard each unit comes fitted with 4 x 9788/KU85 filter housings allowing for use with a large selection of filter cartridges giving great flexibility in fluids that can be filtered. These units come as 240v as standard however can be fitted with a 110v motor if required. The units come built on skid frames with integrated bunds and float switches to prevent spillage from filter changes or leaks that might develop.

Pumps

This unit can be built in either the light duty or heavy duty configuration.

Light Duty- Fitted with a progressive allowing for filtration of diesel fuel and oils up to 46 grade in viscosity. These pumps will give a flow rate of approx 700 - 1200 litres per hour.

Heavy Duty- When fitted with our heavy duty gear pumps these units are capable of filtering diesel fuel and oils up to 220 grade in viscosity. They have an approx flow rate of 800- 1400 litres per hour (based on diesel).

Either configuration is capable of filtering coolants and other water based fluids if fitted with our range of 2088PP filter cartridges.

Additional Magnetic Filter

The design of these twin skid frame oil filter units allows for the MicroMag Magnetic Filters to be fitted to these systems. Magnetic filters are ideal for removing ferrous debris and rust build up from systems and will also increase the life span of the filter cartridges. Recommended for filtration of diesel in old storage tanks or those filtering fluids in cooling systems.

Additional Bag Filter

When having the additional filter bag fitted an additional level of filtration is added. The filter bag is the ideal attachment filtering when filtering extremely oils or diesel fuel.The bag filter will catch large particles trapped in the oil removing some before the oil reaches the filter cartridges. This will increase filter cartridge life time and potentially will mean less passes are required to reach your required filtration level.

Filtration

Oil - This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 220 grade viscosity. For filtering oils the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.

Diesel - This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 400 litres per hour.

Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.

Key Features
