Single Unit All Terrain Diesel & Light Oil Filtration System

The Single Unit All Terrain diesel and light oil filtration unit is a fantastic filter unit when needing to provide filtration to small light oil (up to 46 grade) or diesel tanks located in various areas around larger vessels. Being fitted on our all terrain trolley with pneumatic wheels these units can easily be transported around to whatever the location the tanks are located. The light duty pump fitted to this unit allows for filtering of light oils and diesel fuel with a flow rate of approx 600-800 litres per hour. The unit comes with the Kleenoil 9788/KU85 filter housing allowing for use with a large selection of filter cartridges giving great flexibility in fluids that can be filtered. These units also make ideal transfer pumps, they can act as just a transfer pump by removing any filter cartridge in the housing and pumping from one tank/IBC to another, the filter can be left in for this process to ensure the oil being transferred remains clean.

Filtration

Oil - This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 46 grade viscosity. For filtering oils the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.

Diesel - This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 600-800 litres per hour.

Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.

Key Features
