Our 22mm Vacuum Sampling Pumps (commonly known as "thief pumps") deliver a fast, contamination-free solution for drawing fluid samples directly from machinery, engines, gearboxes, and storage tanks . Designed for industrial fluid extraction and condition monitoring, these manual vacuum extraction pumps allow you to pull samples directly into sampling bottles without the fluid ever touching the pump mechanism .

The 22mm head design offers maximum versatility: it directly fits standard 22mm neck sampling bottles and connects seamlessly to our full range of pump adapters (15mm to 55mm) .

• VSPG 22mm (Base Model – Lightweight Polymer Construction): Built for everyday fluid extraction . Features a durable, glass-reinforced polyamide (GPA) cylinder and thread with a acetal/POM head and piston rod . Fitted with nitrile O-rings as standard (Viton options available) .

• VACFAST 22mm (Mid-Range Model – Brushed Aluminium Body): Upgraded for rugged field environments . Features a heavy-duty brushed aluminium casing with GPA internal threads and acetal/POM head components for increased impact resistance and long-term durability .
