HP50 MicroMag Magnetic High Pressure Filter System

The HP50 Range of Magnetic Filters offers the same sub-micron filtration as the standard range. However, with the full Aluminium construction these systems are able to offer far greater tolerances, being able to operate in systems up to 50 bar in pressure and up to 140°C in temperature.

Despite the increase in operation range the HP50 do not lose any of the filtration capabilities able to filter sub-micron particles and also retaining the same holding capacity. These units can too be easily fitted to the FA-ST filtration systems to provide additional filtration increasing the filtration system efficiency.

The Micromag HP50 does not need to be fitted to a filtration unit and can be directly installed anywhere in the fluid delivery system. Whether fitted directly to system or to a filter unit the magnetic filters will ensure harmful abrasive ferrous particles are removed from system and be unable to cause scouring to components.

A Magnetic filter will increase the life of standard cartridge filters or other filter elements fitted to systems by removing particles from the fluid less will reach the barrier filters increasing times before these blind. Providing additional savings via filter element replenishment costs.
