Equipped with progressive cavity pumps, the light-duty units ensure a robust flow rate ranging between 600-1000 litres per hour, while the heavy-duty counterparts boast a flow rate of 800-1200 litres per hour.

Filtration

• Oil - This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 46 grade viscosity high grade will require our oil filtration units. For filtering oils the 1888H filter cartridges MAX viscosity 120cSt for 120cSt or above use 1888H or 2088CPS should be used. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.
• Diesel - This unit is designed for filtering diesel fuel, fitted with the progressive cavity pump allowing for good flow rate and filtration for a cost effective price. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 400 litres per hour.
• Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.
