The Checkfluid KST Hydraulic Oil Sampling Kit is a complete solution for taking representative hydraulic oil samples from pressurised hydraulic systems operating between 5 and 750 psi. Designed for use with Checkfluid KST sampling valves, the kit provides a clean, consistent and repeatable method of collecting hydraulic oil samples for laboratory oil analysis and condition monitoring.
Regular hydraulic oil sampling can help identify contamination, lubricant degradation and wear-related particles before they develop into more serious equipment problems. Each KST sampling kit provides the components required to collect a hydraulic oil sample directly from the installed Checkfluid sampling valve. The sampling kits are designed to provide a controlled, clean and dust-free method of collecting samples for subsequent laboratory analysis.
