MS1 Portable Marine Oil & Diesel Filtration System

The MS1 Portable Marine Filtration systems are ideal for smaller vessels. These units are able to provide filtration on a range of fluids including oils up to 220 grade viscosity, diesel fuel and when fitted with our 2088PP filter cartridge range can also filter coolants and other water based fluids. The light weight design versatility of these units allow them to be easily carried around vessel to provide the filtration where required. These units have a flow rate of 400 litres per hour (approx - based on diesel). This makes these units are deal for providing filtration on small oil and diesel tanks in any location on your vessel.

Filtration

Oil- This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 220 grade viscosity. For filtering oils the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.

Diesel- This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 400 litres per hour.

Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.

Key Features

• Can be fitted with a 5" MicroMag Magnetic Filter. These will remove can remove 900g of ferrous particles before reaching the oil filter increasing filter cartridge life
